Warranty Policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Bomar Putting Co warrants putters, covers and merchandise for quality of workmanship for a period of 30 days. All other products deemed to be defective in any nature must be reported via email within 48 hours of package arrival. All warranty claims must receive a warranty claim identification number via email from customerservice@bomarputting.com. Any returned product received by Bomar Putting Co without an approved claim identification number may not be processed.

In order to obtain a claim identification number, submit a request via email at customerservice@bomarputting.com. Please include the reason for your request. If approved, we will provide the claim identification number, and any additional information needed to complete the process.

Defective products will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent products when available. If unavailable a merchandise credit or refund will be issued. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your credit card or PayPal account. Bomar Putting Co reserves the right to deny any warranty claim for any reason.

Warranty will be denied for the following:

  • Products that are damaged, abused, or altered by purchaser
  • Products without original proof of purchase
  • Products missing accessories
  • Products that are damaged during the return shipment
  • Warranty period expired
  • Products received without claim identification number.

Refund Policy

Due to careful hand crafted, individualized construction of our putters, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 weeks delivery time on all orders as our putters are hand crafted for each individuals specifications.Â
